Made from carefully selected ingredients, 1883 toasted marshmallow syrup is made from pure cane sugar and combined with the minerality of pure water from the Alps.

2CL GRILLED MARSHMALLOW SYRUP 1883
3CL ESPRESSO
12CL WHOLE MILK
CHANTILLY CREAM
PREPARATION
Pour the syrup into a cappuccino cup.
Brew an espresso.
Whip the milk with the steam nozzle.
Cover with whipped cream.
Decorate with marshmallow.

2CL GRILLED MARSHMALLOW SYRUP 1883
12CL ALMOND MILK
1 SCOOP (10CL) VANILLA ICE CREAM
PREPARATION
Pour all the ingredients into the cup of a blender, top up with a scoop of crushed ice and mix together until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour into a Hurricane type glass.
Decorate with slivered almonds and marshmallow.
